Since we use no salt in our baked goods and only sodium free leaveners that means that the only sodium in our products is that which is naturally found in the ingredients that are in them, such as the minimal content in flour, eggs, milk, etc. Items that have other ingredients such as chocolate chips, syrups, cheeses, etc will be slightly higher depending upon the ingredients but are still MUCH lower in sodium than comparable commercial products.

If there is something you are missing now that you have to watch your salt intake we may be able to make it for you. We specialize in flavor and can make a great many items, from breads to deserts to full meals without any salt.
Keep in mind, however, that not all items will ship well, so we try to only put items up on our website that we know will make it to their destination in good condition.
That being said, if you are local to Maine and can come pick it up, we will make you just about anything!
Never. We never use potassium chloride salt substitutes in our products. We specialize in making low sodium products flavorful without the addition of potassium chloride.
The sodium free baking powder we use in some of our products however, (muffins, scones, cookies, etc) does contain potassium bicarbonate. For those who need to restrict potassium we offer the option of ordering your products with an alternative baking powder that does not contain potassium (this will be stated clearly in applicable listings).

The almond flour mixed with the pumpkin made it taste like a sugar substitute was used. It’s not only a bad combination, but made the cookies dense and more like a bread than cookie. The almond flour was super gritty, definitely needed more butter.
